Wild garlic is spring and anticipation, growth and energy. While many other plants are still dormant, the young wild garlic leaves are already pushing their way to the surface through the protective layer of leaves. The fragrance exuded by the delicate little plants tells of primal vitality and joie de vivre. Lucky are those who own a small wild garlic plantation or know of its occurrence in the local forests. For everyone else, we have captured its unmistakably spicy aroma in our organic wild garlic vinegar. This means it can easily find its way into our kitchens and delight us with its wonderful aroma all year round.

Tip: Organic wild garlic vinegar is ideal for spring salads, especially asparagus salads, and goes very well with fish.

No added sugar or concentrates, at least 5% acidity, natural vinegar fermentation, naturally fermented - not heated, if the vinegar mother forms, this is a sign of quality, store in a cool, dark place.

With great attention to detail and a focus on natural ingredients, we produce our vinegars - without artificial flavor enhancers, additives or flavors. Instead, we focus on artisanal production and use only controlled organic ingredients. Our vinegar production is a true artisan craft. Each variety is prepared in small quantities and regularly checked for ripeness, aroma and acidity. This gives each vinegar exactly the time it needs to mature into a unique taste experience. Only after passing the quality check is bottled by hand and lovingly labeled.
