EZZICH is a small but fine vinegar manufactory, which is at home in the midst of Franconian nature in Großhaslach in the district of Ansbach. With great attention to detail and a focus on natural ingredients, we produce our vinegars - without artificial flavor enhancers, additives or flavors. Instead, we focus on artisanal production and use only controlled organic ingredients.
Our vinegar production is a true artisan craft. Each variety is prepared in small quantities and regularly checked for ripeness, aroma and acidity. This gives each vinegar exactly the time it needs to mature into a unique taste experience. Only after passing the quality check is bottled by hand and lovingly labeled.
