Big Sheds Premiere is an American Brown Ale brewed with a cornucopia of aromatic malts The variety of grains gives the beer its strong character and harmonizes wonderfully with the subtle bitterness of the hops, which were both brewed in and used in a cold-hopping phase
FrankenBROWN flows into the glass in a shimmering ruby-red mahogany color and is crowned with a volatile amount of hazelnut-brown foam The soul of the beer can already be sensed in the aroma: Strong roasted aromas of coffee beans and crunchy bread crust combine with chocolate, caramel and smoke to create a ravishing symphony The first sip continues the pleasure and caresses the palate with a luxurious velvety texture Silky notes of roasted grain, dark toast, oven-fresh cookies and toffee caress the taste buds, while a citrus-fresh hint of hops and an elegant bitterness skillfully round off the experience
