Hope Distillery in Estonia creates gins with passion. The adopted home of master distiller Steen captivates with breathtaking nature, the sea and friendly people. The botanicals are partially hand-picked, only the best starting distillate is used, and much emphasis is placed on the water from the Viidumäe nature reserve spring.

Viking Dry Gin uses the method of London Dry Gin with three different junipers as a starting point. The special feature of this gin is the interplay between licorice, nutmeg and galangal initially mild to develop more fire in the middle. Some magic with radish, raw hot and peppering, it unfolds a wonderful sweetness in the copper pot.
