Bread brandy is an innovative spirit, produced in the spirit of "Zero Waste" by Handelek artisan bakery from Krakow. All types of bread were used: Wheat, spelt, rye, semolina or flat bread.
The taste is initially bitter with refreshing, delicate floral notes, and towards the end of tasting a nutty-harsh flavor is perceptible. The spirit smells of grain, hay, whole wheat bread, nuts and fruits.
This spirit will appeal to fans of high-proof beverages, as well as people looking for organic, zero-waste products. It is also worth considering for collectors. Approximately 1 kg of stale bread was used per bottle. The first edition of this spirit is 500 bottles.
