More information about Hanscraft & Co. Bavarian Nice Club Beer
This beer was the beginning of Christian's brewing career, his first work and an absolute hit right away. With a stylish design and concentrated hop power, the Wheat Pale Ale thrilled us. The beer was produced according to Bavarian brewing tradition on a wheat malt basis and cold-hopped in an extremely modern way with the hop varieties Citra, Summit and Chinook. The hops conjure up a Mediterranean flair in the bottle and, with just one sip, transport you directly to the sun-drenched, palm-fringed beach promenades of the Cote d'Azur.
Bavarian Nice flows into the glass in a naturally cloudy light gold and shines in the wonderfully rich color of sun-ripened grain. A fine layer of creamy white foam crowns the beer and exudes a fine fruity aroma. Sweet banana mingles with the feather-light aroma of tangy citrus on the nose to create an enticing blend. The ontaste reveals a lean beer with a mild texture and juicy fruitiness. A smooth malt flavor forms the base for the dancing hop notes: The delicate tongue tastes pink grapefruit, spicy pine resin and freshly plucked thyme. A juicy hint of pineapple, a splash of citrus and a tiny bit of nutmeg elegantly round out the aromatic interplay. The finish is crisply bitter, providing a crowning glory for this excellent beer.
