The harahorn is a Nordic mythical creature that looks like a hare with elk antlers. For centuries, hunters have sworn that they have seen it. In North American folklore it is called a jackalope. In Norway it is called harahorn.
Juniper berries, blueberries, rhubarb, bladderwrack, marjoram and angelica from the Norwegian wilderness are used for the classic Harahorn gin. In addition, this edition is aged for a year in Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a soft and elegant barrel-aged premium gin that can be combined well with classic drinks, e.g. in a Negroni. It can also be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass at room temperature or slightly chilled.
