Our aim for HEIMAT Gin is to bring an honest taste from home into the gin bottle. We rely on hand-picked botanicals such as fresh sage, thyme and apples, which are all harvested from regional meadows. A total of 18 different botanicals find their way into the black matte earthenware bottle.

For the Barrel Aged, our Heimat Dry Gin is matured in a converted whisky barrel, creating a wonderful combination with the caramelized roasted aromas of the white oak barrel.

Finally, we have come up with something new: a gin-like composition of distillates obtained using a gentle process and genuine craftsmanship. With the help of steam, we capture the aroma of juniper and lavender to combine this basic ingredient with a total of 21 other selected botanicals. This is how VOGELFREI manages to beguile your senses without clouding them.
