The non-alcoholic food companion "35 Grad" from Jörg Geiger delights with an elegant combination of freshness, herbal notes and fine fruit. This special drink is based on a dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc, which impresses with its aromatic depth and fragrant bouquet.
Nuances of green apple, gooseberry and juicy mirabelle plums unfold on the palate, accompanied by spicy accents such as green bell pepper, root vegetables and wormwood. The interplay of fruit and herbs creates a multi-layered and refreshing taste experience.
Thanks to the particularly gentle dealcoholization at 35 °C, the characteristic aromas of the wine are optimally preserved - for conscious enjoyment with a full taste.

The orchard meadows are not only beautiful places full of old and large trees, they also offer a variety of different plant species, shrubs and flowers. In the manufactory, we like to take this diversity into consideration and combine it, for example, with our non-alcoholic PriSeccos. Swabian fruit varieties that are centuries old, woodruff, juniper, meadowsweet or yarrow - all these products of nature are dependent on time and place. This is particularly well understood when picking meadow fruit harvested by variety. The work in the manufactory also allows us to experience directly that the old varieties are a precious commodity and the space in which they grow is something very special.
