A fantastic Greek rosé with a vibrant pomegranate color. Pleasant nose with aromas of caramel, cherry, strawberry and rose. Mouth balanced, with delicious acidity and light fruity-sweet aftertaste.
b>Vinification: cold extraction before fermentation with bleeding of the must, aging with the wine yeast (sur lie).
Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 8-10° Celsius in a white wine glass.
Delicious combinations: An elegant rosé wine for every day, it goes well with almost all the dishes of traditional Greek cuisine, such as stuffed, pastitsio, moussaka, summer, oily, fried meatballs. It goes well with the sweet and sour sauces of Asian cuisine, with chicken and pork, with paella, but also with pizza. Ideal with cold cuts and cheese dishes, fruit salads and, of course, neat in an armchair accompanied by a book.
Aging recommendations: Enjoyed fresh during the first 2 years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles in a shady place, sideways and at a temperature of 14-16 ° Celsius.
