More information about Konstantara Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Great Sauvignon Blanc from Greece with a light to pale blonde color with yellow reflections. Intense aromatic character of tropical fruit and wildflower notes. Delicate palate, satisfying acidity, very good flavor balance, cool aftertaste and unique palate sensation of flowers and fruits.
Vinification: Cold extraction before fermentation, controlled alcoholic fermentation, maturation on the lees (sur lie).
Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 8-10° C in a tulip-shaped glass
Delicious combinations: It is a wonderful accompaniment to fresh salads with lemon sauce, classic Mediterranean dishes such as grilled fish, seafood and vegetables, asparagus, white meat, grilled chicken, as well as Asian cuisine. It is pleasant to drink on its own, as a cool aperitif, but also in combination with yellow and white cheeses (feta or goat).
Ageing recommendations: Enjoy fresh in the first 2-3 years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles in a shady place, on their side and at a temperature of 14-16° Celsius.
