A great white wine with bright golden yellow color and intense aromas of flowers and fruits. In the mouth light and aromatic, without flaring, with good balance and cool aftertaste.
Vinification: cold extraction before fermentation, aging with wine yeast (sur lie).
Serving suggestions: Served at a temperature of 8-10° Celsius in a white wine glass.
Delicious combinations: Its varied composition makes it a very pleasant everyday wine for food and company, accompanied by snacks of Greek cuisine, such as fried small fish, fried mussels and squid, stuffed vine leaves, but also lard, various salads and cheeses, yogurt. Perfect summer aperitif.
Aging recommendations: Enjoyed fresh during the first 2 years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles in a shady place, sideways and at a temperature of 14-16° Celsius.

Die weißen Traubensorten Muscat of Alexandria, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viognier und Assyrtiko sowie die roten Traubensorten Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko und Syrah gedeihen hier prächtig. Die Weinherstellung erfolgt in modernen und privaten Einrichtungen des Familienweinguts in Portaria, Chalkidiki.
