A fresh wine with a bright red color and violet reflections. With lush aromas of red fruits (raspberry, plum, cherry, sour cherry) and red flowers. Round mouth with balanced acidity and sugar. Long, velvety, sweet aftertaste. A light everyday wine with a very friendly character.
Vinification: Cold extraction before fermentation, with natural unacidified sugars after completion of alcoholic fermentation by cooling.
Serving suggestion: Served at a temperature of 8-12° C in a red wine glass. It is also pleasantly cool in summer.
Tasty combinations: Goes well with braised casserole dishes. Ideal as an accompaniment to meat with spicy (Mexican) but also sweet and sour (Chinese) sauces. Accentuates everything that has to do with grilled meat and sweet or spicy BBQ sauces.
Age recommendations: Enjoyed from the first years of life. It is recommended to store the bottles sideways, protected from light and at a temperature of 14-16° Celsius.

Die weißen Traubensorten Muscat of Alexandria, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viognier und Assyrtiko sowie die roten Traubensorten Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko und Syrah gedeihen hier prächtig. Die Weinherstellung erfolgt in modernen und privaten Einrichtungen des Familienweinguts in Portaria, Chalkidiki. Die Konstantara Weine zeichnen sich durch eine besonders hohe Qualität aus und sind ein wahrer Genuss für jeden Weinkenner.
