More information about Leopard's Leap Pardus 2021
Leopard's Leap Pardus is an elegant red wine blend of Merlot (39%), Cinsault (31%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) that delights with its great balance of fruit and oak notes. Aromas of red and dark fruits are surrounded by spicy undertones. The red wine aged for twelve to eighteen months in French oak and has a long-lasting flavor. Fine tannins caress the palate and give the Leopard's Leap Pardus its good structure. Enjoy the balanced red wine therefore in any case once pure, but it also goes wonderfully with dishes of dark meat or spicy. Well-matured hard cheese is also highly recommended with Leopard's Leap Pardus.
