More information about Leopard's Leap Pardus 2021
The Leopard's Leap Pardus is an elegant red wine cuvée made from Merlot (39%), Cinsault (31%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), which impresses with its great balance of fruit and oak notes. Aromas of red and dark fruits are surrounded by spicy undertones. The red wine matures for twelve to eighteen months in French oak and has a long-lasting flavor. Fine tannins caress the palate and give the Leopard's Leap Pardus its good structure. You should definitely enjoy this well-balanced red wine on its own, but it also goes wonderfully with dark meat or spicy dishes. Well-matured hard cheese is also highly recommended with Leopard's Leap Pardus.
