The bouquet is characterized by aromas of blackcurrants, notes of liquorice and olives as well as undertones of mint provide complexity. The red wine matures for twelve months in oak and lingers on the palate with a pleasant tannin structure. Thanks to its powerful character, the Lynx Cabernet Franc is a wonderful wine with lamb or risotto dishes, but it can also be enjoyed on its own.
