Fresh and aromatic - that is the Lynx Viognier. Fruity notes of ripe nectarines, lychees and pears are accompanied by floral tones and citrus nuances. On the palate, the white wine, half of which is matured for eight months in French oak, scores with light cinnamon and vanilla notes, balanced by a lively acidity. The Lynx Viognier, of which only 4000 bottles were produced, is best enjoyed with a lamb curry or creamy pasta with seafood.
