The Lynx Cabernet Sauvignon flows into the glass in a beautiful shade of red and exudes a wonderful aroma of blackcurrants, cedar and violets. On the palate, the medium-bodied red wine scores with very well-integrated oak notes, which it owes to its twelve months of ageing in French and Hungarian oak. The noticeable but soft tannins give the Lynx Cabernet Sauvignon a pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoy this red wine either on its own or with slowly braised beef or game.
