The Lynx Passion demonstrates its multifaceted nature on the nose. The scent of sweet plums and blackcurrants wafts into the nose. Nuances of olives and a hint of violets provide a spicy component. On the palate, the red wine cuvée made from Merlot (33%), Cabernet Sauvignon (27%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Petit Verdot (20%) shows its spicy side with a clear cedar note. Well-structured tannins make the Lynx Passion a perfect pleasure experience. This red wine, which is aged for twelve months in French oak, is best enjoyed with fillet of beef with mushrooms. But you should also try the Lynx Passion on its own.
