More information about BrewBQ #2
Our BrewBQ #2 does not come across as a bock beer at all, because it is light-hearted, pleasantly fruity, but still strong and crisp - a bit sneaky so... In the glass, BOCKlicate is slightly opal and golden yellow with a wonderful head. Even as you pour, you can smell the fresh and fruity bouquet. Aromas of lemon, peach, orange, mirabelle, mango and a subtle hint of honey make you want to drink this stout.
In the mouth and on the palate, the pale bock is creamy with a soft drinking feel. The BOCKlicate seems loose, light and more like a fresh pale than a strong bock. The fruity aromas spread in the mouth and put a big smile on the connoisseur's face from the first sip. A fine bitterness rounds off this pale bock perfectly and makes you want to take the next sip. But beware, Bocklicate has it all!

Jeff is the dazzling center of his own brewery and the initiator behind numerous collaboration brews. Maisel's mission Jeff is not only a passionate brewer, in addition to brewing outstanding beers, he also wants to be a trailblazer for the craft beer movement in Germany.
