Subtle roasted aromas await us on the nose and the intense, full-bodied impression that the Marder whisky leaves on the palate is complemented by delicate vanilla and light honey tones. Dark chocolate and light caramel notes add further accents to the complex interplay of aromas and round off the perfectly balanced taste experience.Marder single malt whisky is not colored or filtered.
1x Marder Whisky Liqueur - 50 ml | 24 % vol.
Otto Marder, the founder of the Marder distillery, was also a passionate beekeeper whose honey was appreciated by everyone for its full-bodied taste. This gave us the idea of refining our single malt whisky with forest honey from the Black Forest. The aroma has subtle notes of smoke and tobacco, which are rounded off by the honey. Overall, it is a well-balanced, not too sweet liqueur that is also a pleasure to enjoy slightly chilled or on ice.
1x Marder Gin - 50 ml | 43 % vol.
Our GIN impresses with its clarity, purity and elegance. It is what a gin really is - clear, structured, with a striking freshness. Fine, delicate citrus aromas of bergamot and a pronounced, yet elegantly fresh juniper aroma await us on the nose. The palate experiences an incredible purity and a clean, fresh taste, due to the multiple distillation and the addition of clear spring water. The finish is impressively sweet, with subtle notes of liquorice. Giin is best enjoyed neat, with ice, or in the classic way with tonic water - also in combination with other cocktails or long drinks.
1x Marder Rum - 50 ml | 42 % vol.
Marder RUM is made from organic sugar cane molasses from Paraguay. This is diluted with spring water during fermentation before a special yeast is added. The mash is then gently distilled twice using the traditional raw and fine distillation process. After distillation in spring 2014, the rum is stored in various oak barrels. After maturing for over three years, we can expect a sweetish taste of vanilla, dried fruit and orange peel. The Marder RUM is characterized by a slightly sweet taste of banana and raisin, which is mild and long-lasting on the palate.

Our philosophy is to bring out the flavors of nature as pure and unadulterated as possible, and to preserve them for you. The love for every single fruit comes into the glass for you. Our brandies are a harmoniously mild taste experience of a special kind. We are a family business in 3rd generation located in Albbruck - Unteralpfen a small village in the nature park Southern Black Forest, about 60 km south of Freiburg. Where the fruit allows, pure brandies are produced. Up to 20 kilograms of fruit are used for one bottle of distillate. Our assortment includes about 40 different brandies and some liqueurs made from berries, wild fruits, stone fruits, pome fruits, marc and beer.
