This Pinot Noir from Patagonia comes from a completely different wine world to that of Mendoza. The Miras Jovem is restrained and incredibly light-footed with a subtle aroma of wild berries and delicate floral notes.
Unpolished on the palate thanks to spontaneous fermentation and with balanced acidity, lively tannins and a long fruity, herbal finish. Marcelo Miras' vines are cultivated organically.
