This Pinot Noir from Patagonia comes from a very different wine world, as known from Mendoza. The Miras Jovem is restrained and incredibly light on its feet with subtle aromas of wild berries and delicate floral notes.
Unpolished on the palate, thanks to spontaneous fermentation and with balanced acidity, lively tannins and a long fruity-herbal finish. The vines of Marcelo Miras are farmed organically.
