New Zealand Sunset - Red Ale

For its latest Braumeister Edition, the Camba Bavaria brewery has decided to create the sunset in liquid form: Their New Zealand Sunset is a deep red beer that turns the sun on in your glass and sweetens every evening - with or without a beautiful sunset outside your window!

The palatable red ale was created by master brewer Florian Schmitt and is brewed with a quintet of Pilsener malt, Carafa Spezial TII, Cara Red, Cara Münch TII and meladoidid malt. This special blend is not only responsible for the wonderful ruby color, It also conjures up a full-bodied and varied malt aroma in the beer, which gives us roasted aromas, berry tones and soft cereal notes The abundance of grain is offset by the two hop varieties Motueka and Magnum The former comes from New Zealand and was certainly an incentive for the name of the brew
