More information about Orca Brau Morgenstund'
Orca Brau Morgenstund' brings the two best drinks together: Craft Beer and Coffee. For the Coffee Lager, organic Mexican coffee beans from the Kucha coffee workshop were added to the tank.
How does the Orca Brau Morgenstund' taste?
The strong amber-colored lager is strongly reminiscent of Cold Brew. It's joined by the pleasantly quaffable, malty aroma of lager - an unbeatable combination!
About the coffee used
The coffee beans for Orca Brau Morgenstund' come from the Coro Ax initiative, which gives micro-farmers from Oaxaca the opportunity to ship their certified organic beans around the world. Buyers voluntarily pay a premium to guarantee the survival of the family farms.
The beans are then roasted by Markus Gaibl in the Kucha coffee workshop in the Nuremberg region.
