"Polish Grappa" in great edition. OVII Pomace Brandy is an artisanal distillate made from grape skins obtained from vineyards in Zielona Góra.
The fruits of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Zweigelt varieties were used.
The pomace brandy offers a pleasant aroma of sweet fruits - apples, pears, but of course mainly grapes. The aroma is somewhat reminiscent of Prosecco. In the dry taste you can find some stone, but also citrus notes.
