More information about Plaisir Cabernet Franc 2017

In a lively dark red, the Plaisir Cabernet Franc flows into the glass and thrills from the start with its aromatic fragrance, which combines spicy and floral tones with oak notes. This richness of facets continues on the palate, as nuances of black currant, violet and black pepper make for a great taste experience that lingers. This well-balanced red wine was aged for seventeen months in French oak and is a wonderful and, above all, versatile wine to pair with food. Try it once in combination with different variations of dark meat, such as a nicely peppered filet or a hearty ragout. But also on its own, Plaisir Cabernet Franc is a real treat.
