More information about The Pastry Master Craft Beer Brand

Madness to the power of two. AleBrowar invited a pastry chef to collaborate on the brew, which led to the addition of strawberries and mascarpone. The result: a Cheescake Sour. Sound like dessert? Tastes like it, too.

But the journey doesn't end there, because this beer has now also been distilled by Podole Wielkie into an excellent beer spirit.

So what does the Cheesecake Sour taste like in a high-proof edition? The spirit smells of flowers, fruits and a bit of milk. In the tart flavor, you'll find a combination of chokeberry, pear, bird cherry and even raisins. A spirit that is second to none!

Podole Wielkie

The history of Podole Wielkie dates back to the 15th century. From the beginning of its existence until the Second World War, the estate belonged to German families. Then it was taken over by the state and a state farm was built in its place. With the change of political system, the current owners managed to lease the farm and buy it outright. The distillery on our farm has been in operation for more than 150 years. In the past it was one of many objects of this kind, which with their characteristic brick chimneys were an easily recognizable element of the rural landscape. Today, this is one of the few surviving agricultural distilleries. The history of this place obliges us and we are glad that we can continue the work of our predecessors.
