The MR Vesperi White Blend 2023 comes from the Polkadraai Hills in Stellenbosch and combines Chenin Blanc (34%), Sauvignon Blanc (33%) and Semillon (33%) to create a balanced white wine cuvée full of character. The name "Vesperi" - the evening star - stands for radiance, precision and fine balance.
"The three grape varieties were processed separately and aged for up to ten months in French oak. The best batches were then selected in a blind tasting and blended together.
The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, apricot and orange zest. On the palate, the wine is lively, elegantly structured and ends with a fresh, long-lasting finish.
Recommended with fish, seafood, poultry, mild cheese or slightly spicy dishes - versatile and stylish in appearance.
