The Ron Sostenible Triple Cask matures for over 8 years in ex-bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, developing a dense aroma of spices, dark caramel and ripe notes of raisins, figs, dates and plums and meeting subtle notes of vanilla, tobacco and fine smoke. Despite its complexity, it remains accessible, round and elegant - a rum with structure, depth and a clear signature.
