More information about Rose Valley Absinthe
The herbs for our absinthe come from our own herb garden and are macerated in a gentle cold extract according to an old original recipe from a recipe booklet for spirits. This creates a particularly fine absinthe with dominant notes of wormwood, fennel and anise, a hint of peppermint.

Herbs are macerated in a gentle cold extract, with neutral alcohol carefully distilled beforehand. In the process, the mazarate is given plenty of time.
Without artificial colorants: the distillate gets its color, pure chlorophyll, from the pickling of fresh mint.
