A real rarity from our cask selection, a fine fruit brandy made from hand-picked white gooseberries. A large number of gooseberries are required for this pure-bred brandy. The distillate is smooth and elegant, with a beautiful density and length. Fruity, floral, typical of the variety with a delicate exotic accent and fine barrel notes.
After gentle double distillation, the distillate was stored in a port whisky cask for 18 months.
