Our Winter Dream is a fruity liqueur for the cold season, rounded off with speculoos spice. The counterpart to our popular Rose Valley berry liqueur Sommerseele.
A liqueur that is simply fantastically good.
Aroma:
Mild alcohol, fruity aromas, lots of plum and winter spices
Ingredients:
Blackberries, raspberries, plums, apples and honey from regional sources
Processing:
Freshly pressed apple cider is warmed with the spices with fruit/juice and mild alcohol added/ macerated. The mixture is rounded off with honey and filtered clear.
Bottling quantity:
approx. 250 bottles per year

for dessert/ in dessert, for enjoyment
