With the addition of raw cane sugar, a liqueur with a fine quince aroma was created, which has already found numerous lovers.

Bei Matthias Rosenberg gibt die Frucht den Ton an. Mit wenig Zucker wird in der Manufaktur regionales Bio-Obst zu Fruchtaufstrichen eingekocht bzw. zu Frucht-Likören verarbeitet. Somit bleibt der charakteristische Geschmack jeder Frucht im Glas intensiv erhalten. Das Obst, bis auf die Bitterorange, stammt von Bio-Höfen aus Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Thüringen und Brandenburg.
