Distilleria Zanin
Alles begann 1895 in Zugliano, einem kleinen Dorf bei Vicenza, als Bortolo Zanin die Destillation offiziell machte und Grappa Cavallina Bianca ins Leben rief. Ursprünglich ein Gasthausbetreiber, nutzte er die Traubenreste seines Weinbergs zur Grappaproduktion. Unterstützt von seiner Familie, insbesondere seinem Sohn Rino, entwickelte sich die Destillerie weiter und verkaufte schließlich das Gasthaus, um sich ganz der Likörherstellung zu widmen. Mit Rinos Sohn Fausto begann in den 1970er Jahren die Industrialisierung, die zur internationalen Expansion führte, sodass Zanin-Produkte bis Ende der 90er Jahre in 38 Ländern erhältlich waren.
