The Meerlust Chardonnay shines a bright straw yellow in the glass and has a wonderful aroma of apricots, peaches, pears and lemons. Light floral tones and a hint of roasted almonds skillfully underline the fruity notes. The white wine, which has matured for some time in oak, is well structured and balanced on the palate and scores with a crisp acidity. The fruity nuances are surrounded by a beautiful minerality before the Meerlust Chardonnay finishes with a lingering aftertaste.
