The brother of the Old World No.1 is essentially the same brandy, but shows through its Metfasslagerumg a completely different facet of the same gin. Coffee, gingerbread and cane sugar-like sweetness surround here with time more and more the former flavors of juniper. This product is a limited edition single cask hand bottling of 72 bottles at 49%vol, unsifted and unfiltered from cask to bottle and may contain suspended solids.

Aging: 6 months tempered finish on an acacia wood mead cask (50L).

Nose: Juniper and sugar cane, with progressing coffee and honey.

Mouth: rum-like sweetness with hints of lemon balm, brittle and coffee dominate, evolving with time and eventually leading to gingerbread.

Finish: Sweet, with a feeling of pastry.
