We have every single bottle of the Berlin Edition elaborately hand-wrapped for you in a manufactory in Bavaria with an extravagant midnight black textured look and embossed with sights such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Berlin TV tower and the Victory Column in red and silver. In our factory in Buxtehude, we fill the 0.5-liter bottles individually by hand for you. An all-round special experience with which you can bring the extravagant bar culture and nightlife of Berlin directly to your home - extravagant, unique, stylish!
Our botancials and distillery
The exceptionally fresh and mild taste of Skin Gin is based on the selection of 7 hand-picked botanicals: Moroccan mint as the main note, juniper from the heath, citrus fruit peels of orange and pink grapefruit from Spain, lime and lemon from Italy and coriander from Vietnam. We distil the hand-picked botanicals individually using traditional methods just outside Hamburg. In this way, we are able to extract almost 100% of their fine essences and combine them for you in "Skin Gin". The result is a spirit of exceptional quality that is a pleasure both mixed and on its own.

Skin Gin
Unlike previous gins, which taste predominantly of juniper and very alcohol-heavy, founder Martin Birk Jensen created a gin that should stand out. This gin with a dominant mint note should, unlike other gins, taste mild, fresh and fruity at the same time. He developed the idea for his own gin in 2014 during a summer vacation in Greece. Back in Germany, Martin contacted the master distiller Arndt Wessel, who lives with him in the Alte Land near Hamburg, and told him about his idea and his ideas, which he did not yet know whether they could be implemented at all. Working together, after several trials and subsequent fine tuning, the perfect recipe of Skin Gin was created. An indescribable feeling: Sample number 21 had 100 percent exactly the taste Martin had imagined - mild, fruity, refreshing and above all: unique - that is Skin Gin.
