The contents are crystal clear with a pleasant aroma of fresh herbs, floral notes and especially mint, based on the 2.5-week fermentation with specially developed yeast. A truly exciting and challenging rum that, like the other rums in this series, challenges the classic understanding of white rum. A very special, powerful and intensely flavorful experience. Despite the high alcohol content, the alcohol and acidity are mild and make this SKUNK version ideal for tasty, fresh drinks such as a mojito.
