Discover the unique taste of Slyrs Alpine Herbs Liqueur, an exquisite whisky liqueur from the renowned Upper Bavarian distillery at Schliersee.
With its name, which is a playful allusion to the idyllic Schliersee, this liqueur is not only a highlight in terms of taste, but also a tribute to Bavarian tradition.
The distillery was founded in 1999 by Florian Stettner and is located directly on the shores of the picturesque Schliersee. Here, Bavarian barley malt is carefully mashed and gently distilled twice in small copper stills. This elaborate production method gives Slyrs Alpine Herbs Liqueur its exceptional quality and unique character.
To develop its full flavor, this whisky liqueur matures for three years in the clear Alpine air in new American white oak barrels. During this maturation period, various botanicals such as angelica, gentian and violet root as well as centaury, camomile blossom and juniper are added.
These selected herbs give the Slyrs Alpine Herbs Liqueur its unmistakable taste, which delights connoisseurs worldwide.
