More information about Snowy Owl Sandy Berlin White
Sandy is no lightweight. And we're not even talking about the alcohol content, because at 5.0%, it's still quite tame. No, Sandy is a heavyweight because it boasts an extremely complex character and sophisticated flavors. It is not a beer to be sipped at the end of the day. Rather, it is the bottle for very special moments and the large and small festivities of everyday life.
Sandy was created in collaboration with the brewers from Brewer's Tribute in Marzahn. The Berliner Weisse with its strong character is made with sea buckthorn, which the brewers have painstakingly hand-picked and processed in the Brandenburg region. Sea buckthorn is bursting with flavor and full of vitamins. In addition, the orange berry is extremely difficult to harvest and requires a lot of effort. But the result is worth all the effort and all the scratches you get when picking: Sandy is an aroma-intensive sour beer with wonderful fruitiness, wild tartness and a sensationally smooth mouthfeel.
Sandy presents in an almost naturally cloudy golden hue in the glass and is topped by a crown of white foam. The unmistakable scent of fresh sea buckthorn rises from the foam to the nose and makes you want to take the first sip. This reveals a delightfully sour beer with fine yeasty notes, a juicy fruitiness and the luxurious taste of sea buckthorn.

Snowy Owl
Berliner Weisse is Ulrike Genz's favorite beer and the reason she started brewing in the first place. With a lot of heart and craft, she has built up the Schneeeule label and brews wonderfully refreshing beer in a one-woman process and fine creations like Schampus Weiß Vintage, which was created in cooperation with Bayerischer Bahnhof and Freigeist Bierkultur. Snowy Owl Ulrike came up with these unusual names while taking a closer look at the Berliner Weisse: Crowned by white foam, the beer shines in bright light yellow. Yellow and white are also the dominant colors of the snowy owl, yellow eyes on white feathers. Ulrike also liked the three consecutive E's in the name, an eye-catcher, just like the monochrome labels with the large owl spreading its wings. Extraordinary is the name of...
