The Spier Creative Block 2 delights white wine lovers with its light straw-yellow color, which fades into a light lime green at the edge. The aroma of white peaches, limes and gooseberries pampers the connoisseur's senses, enveloped by a hint of fynbos. The multi-faceted aromas continue on the palate: Nuances of passion fruit and elderflower skillfully play around the notes of redcurrant leaves. The well-structured cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (86%) and Sémillon (14%) lingers on the palate for a long time before finishing with a mineral finish. The grapes used for this complex white wine come from different vineyards and are artfully combined by the winemakers - inspired by an art project - to create a unique taste experience. So be sure to enjoy the Spier Creative Block 2 on its own. But the white wine is also a delight in combination with salmon, rainbow trout or mussels.
