The Spier Creative Block 2 flows into the glass in a light straw yellow with a hint of lime green. The bouquet unfolds wonderfully fruity aromas of gooseberries, lime and white peach. A hint of fynbos successfully rounds off the first impression. Green notes of blackcurrant leaves and white asparagus are present on the palate and culminate in a long-lasting, well-structured and mineral finish. Whether with roasted salmon or rainbow trout in lemon jus or steamed mussels - the Spier Creative Bock 2 is a wonderful accompaniment to fish and seafood. However, you should definitely also enjoy this cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (87%) and Sémillon (13%) on its own.
