The Spier Seaward Chardonnay flows into the glass in a great lemon-yellow color. The bouquet reveals wonderful aromas of tangerine, peach and lemon blossom. Undertones of almonds round off the first impression perfectly. On the palate, the creamy white wine impresses with its fresh citrus nuances, which are accompanied by well-integrated vanilla notes. Around half of the Spier Seaward Chardonnay matures in French oak and is a wonderful accompaniment to roast chicken or pasta in a creamy sauce with mushrooms. But the white wine is also highly recommended on its own.
