The Steenberg Lady R Cap Classique shimmers in a light copper hue in the glass and immediately inspires with its aromatic fragrance. The bouquet reveals wonderful notes of raspberries and red apples. The fruity nuances are underpinned by almonds, coconut and dried herbs. Creamy and soft, the sparkling wine caresses the palate, while a fresh acidity and mineral tones surround the subtle aromas of pears and cinnamon. The fine perlage and good structure give the Steenberg Lady R Cap Classique its elegance. The sparkling wine underwent the second fermentation in the bottle and then lay on the yeast for another 52 months. Enjoy the fine bubbly cuvée of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) best pure as an aperitif on festive occasions or serve the sparkling wine with light dishes.
