The Tokara Private Collection Chardonnay presents itself in a bright yellow color in the glass and unfolds a wonderfully fresh bouquet. Aromas of ripe lemon peel and lime blossom combine harmoniously with subtle notes of ginger and toasted brioche.
On the palate, this Chardonnay is lively, fruity and spicy. Nuances of clementines and lemon combine with subtle ginger aromas, while a creamy texture and fine roasted almond notes ensure a well-rounded taste experience. The eight-month maturation in French oak gives the wine an elegant depth and a balanced mouthfeel.
An ideal accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes, but also a wonderful addition to grilled asparagus or a cream pasta with lemon sauce. It also impresses as an aperitif with its freshness and finesse.
