Apple and pear brandy give TRÄ-KÁL Spirit of Patagonia a pleasantly fruity base note, which is further enhanced by maceration with sweet berries. Native herbs add a pleasant herbal freshness and provide the unique aroma of this Chilean specialty.
Production
The base alcohol is a brandy made from apples and pears, which is then distilled - similar to a gin - with Patagonian botanicals. Seven local herbs and four local berry species were used.
