First-class quality - obtained directly from olives using exclusively mechanical processes.

At Vitelium, everything comes from a single source: the olives for our fresh, golden-green extra virgin olive oil come from our own groves in the Molise region, are only harvested by hand (early harvest) and are naturally cold-pressed. This is the only way we can guarantee sustainability and quality from cultivation to production and packaging.

This premium olive oil made from green olives from the early harvest is only available in a limited edition of a maximum of 300 liters per season. The unforgettable fruity aroma harmonizes with a balanced bitter note and spiciness on the finish - quality you can taste and a real treat for true olive oil lovers! The Sperone di Gallo and Nocellara del Belice olive varieties are responsible for the green tomato notes. We grow these special olives between 400 and 800 meters above sea level in Molise.

Available in 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml.
