Our two Pangaea olive oils are premium olive oils of the highest quality. Our olives are lovingly harvested by hand and cold-extracted on the same day using purely mechanical processes. Damaged fruit or fallen fruit is not used for our olive oils. The extra virgin olive oil is made from fresh, medium to ripe olives, while the agoureleo is made from green, unripe olives. Both olive oils are absolutely natural and a delight for the gourmet palate.
But what is the difference between the two olive oils? One thing is certain, both olive oils are delicious and rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as important vitamins (A, B1, B2, C, D, E and K) and valuable minerals. The acidity is well below the legal maximum of 0.8%. Pangaea extra virgin olive oil has a fresh, mildly fruity taste and a grassy note. Pangaea Agoureleo is intensely fruity due to the early harvest and has a higher proportion of polyphenols. This makes it a special, unique olive oil with added value for our health.

Like our Pangeaa extra virgin olive oil, our Pangaea Agoureleo has a very low acidity of less than 0.3%, well below the legal limit for extra virgin olive oils of 0.8%. It is delicious and at the same time rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as important vitamins and valuable minerals. Due to the early harvest, it is intensely fruity and has a higher proportion of polyphenols. This makes it a special, unique olive oil with added value for our health.
Taste: intensely fruity with hints of fresh, green aromas (olive leaves, green almonds, tomato leaves, freshly mown grass, pepper), recognizably bitter and peppery on the finish.
