Sabático is a sensual cuvée of Carignan and Garnacha, made from over one hundred year old bush vines in the hills of Comavida in the Maule Valley. Born from the founders' sabbatical trips, this wine is a tribute to the beauty of time, place and change.
Fermented with natural yeasts and gently matured in large old oak barrels, Sabático captures the airy elegance of the vineyard - not the heaviness of the earth. It is a multi-layered, evolving wine - subtle yet expressive: Garnacha gives it luminosity and charm, while Carignan adds depth and balance.
