Naturally fermented with extended skin contact - a local tradition - it captures the aromatic finesse of this ancient variety, influenced by the cool Pacific breeze.
Expect intense notes of jasmine, dried apricot and melon, with a smooth, structured palate and a long, fruit-driven finish. Unfiltered and aged on its lees, Brisas Orange is a pure, expressive homage to Itata's hidden winemaking heritage.
